Complete 2001 ZX12R for sale ....without the frame.....Bike is off the market

I found out that my 12R has a crack in the frame. I have had it welded, but I still don't trust it. I decided to give up on this bike and buy another, so I'm parting this one out....minus the frame. This is a complete bike with 20,000 km's. This means that every nut, bolt and screw is for sale...except for my turn signals, undertail, hugger and wheels (I will sell these as well, but I would ideally prefer to keep them). Here are some specs on the major components for sale (all prices are in US$ and do not include shipping):

Muzzy 1270 big bore kit, reduction ported head, dyno'd at 210HP. Complete engine with approx 2000km's since the big bore kit was installed. Will sell preferably with the main wiring harness and ECU. $3750.00
Hindle Race pipe with 20" Ti can (has 2000 km's on it) Perfect condition. $500.00
Power Commander PCIIIR (It would be best for someone to buy the engine, pipe, and the PCIIIR...as the map installed is tuned for this combo) $250.00
Front forks (new seals and oil 500 km's ago), upper and lower triple clamps, front brake calipers (with braided lines), rotors, master cylinder, hand controls and switches, seats, fuel tank, speedo assy, front and rear foot pegs, stock exhaust, rear brake rotor, caliper and hose, Radiator and hoses, overflow tank, K +N air filters, stock chain and sprockets, swingarm and shock, Spencer Cycle lowering links (new), Muzzy radiator fan, Air intake tubes..... basically all of the small parts a person might need. Contact me...if it's on the bike from the factory, I have it. Make offers for all of these.

Complete Custom Black paint bodywork (with headlight assembly) with a silver tank cover. I cannot say that these pieces are in perfect condition. I bought this bike used and there are some imperfections on all of the pieces. They are useable as they are (I'm using them still), but some small crack repairs, etc, (I will do these repairs for the buyer if he/she would like) need to be made for them to be as good as new. I would repaint everything to be thorough, but will leave that up to the buyer. This is a great opportunity to get a complete set of plastic at a good price. I will part these pieces out individually, but would prefer to sell as a unit. Make me an offer....

Maxxer,

You stated 210hp at the rear wheel!! That's about 15-20 more than what everyone else is getting from a 1270. Did you have cams also? Reduction ported head, is that the name of the company or a type of porting? Who did the install and work on the motor. I'm going into mine this fall and I'm looking for a good builder.

I did all of the work myself (automotive tech by trade). The engine still has stock cams. Reduction porting is the process of porting whereby the ports are filled in with JB weld and then shaped until the port height is 65% of the intake valve diameter. The port ends up as a "D" shape.

Personally I think the HP number is high, but I do have the sheet proving it. The bike just rips, and has power right from idle to past the redline. I wish I would have gotten a torque #, but unfortunately the dyno guy did not get me that info.

Since you asked, let's use the first pic as an example. This is what you put in between the img tags:

The picture itself is just:

I just cropped it and put it in between the img tags. Look up and see if you can tell the difference between the two.
