Needed--Bracket Assembly

Looking for the bracket which the mirrors and instrument pod attaches to. Then this attaches to the frame at the steering head. Carries the weight of the front cowling. I have the 02 12R but I imagine that they must be all the same. Broke mine while fiddling with it and Kawasaki wants a whole bunch of money for one.

I have two that are bent some from accidents. You are welcome to the least bent one, if you wanna put some pipes and/or boards on it to get the left and right even.

You pay shipping, prolly $10 to $14.

That's how I broke mine. I was trying to center it. Not that it was out by much but enough to notice. The part that the mirrors attach to are pretty brittle.

I'll see if anything that isn't bent comes up.

Thanks

Found a couple on e-Bay but they want $293 or $273 US. Same shop selling. Don't know why the price would be different.

Just checked. The cheaper one is for 00-01 only. I need the 02. So for $50 CDN more, I can pick one up from Kawasaki. Not a very good deal. Shipping for the e-Bay one would eat away at the $50 savings.

You might as well bite the bullet and order a new one.
I had a friend that wanted to "straighten" a bent one.... not worth the time or effort. Plus its reinforced steel. Good luck with that...lol
