Busa Setup

We have a 2006 SWB that I am trying to set up. Currently its slammed, 16/40, SMEG, small box mod, and airshifter.
Rider weight is roughly 185-190 unsuited and the best I can get out of it is 9.5's in great air.

I have seen and read where guys are running 9.2's - 9.3's...
What are some mods I should do to be able to run those numbers at SWB?

I am looking into trying the following: (just not sure thats the direction I should go)
- 2 intake cams
- ported head
- Power Commander
- MR9

Thanks

Am I reading your post right? This Busa is fitted with an SMEG but no power commander? If so, there's part of the problem......way too lean
