Suzuki Price Gouging
I have an 08 Busa which is a great bike ,but the 09 is unchanged and $1200.00 more.
Cmon big S guys a little greed might slide but the 09 Kaw 14 is now $1000.00
less than a Busa.Also the new Gsxr 1000 is $12899.00
Maybe they havent seen the news in the last year!!

I don't recall the exact MSRP on the 09 ZX-14 but I know it was over 12,000 also. I was quoted 10,600 on an 08 busa a month ago. I believe that was without tax/lic plate/stealer prep.
(BTW, if anyone cares to give input on the "jumped on a 14, now what?" topic above, I'd be grateful.)

According to Kaws website current price on a 09 14 is $12099.00
Suzuki has increased the Busa price twice in 09,currently list is $13199.00
Nobody should be paying sticker but MSRP is a reflection of true dealer cost
and Busas are overpriced in 09 compared to the 14.

Its all about the US Dollar vs the Japanese Yen and right now the dollar is weak.

yep... welcome to the economy collapsing... people around the world have been paying WAY more for these bikes than stateside folk ever had... bet the europeans and the canooks would have wished they could pay $10K out the door for a 14 or a busa when they were getting stung for $15k or more out the door ,,, I predicted this would happen... guess it;s coming true
