BNG............................anyone know what the exciting new colours might be for '07? I can just bet the 'Busa community is 'over the moon' with the exciting news of new colors and gaphics for next year.......................again!

Well that kind of sucks ...I would have like to seen a bigger faster Busa for 07 ....Good thing i got the zx14 and didn't wait for the new Busa...

It doesn't! unfortunately! Suzuki knows they have a following and major aftermarket performance parts to boot!

Perhaps the other way around. Maybe Suzuki doesn't want the competition of another just released hot new bike. Even though the two bikes would have different model years, the ZX14 may still be too fresh. You rarely see two big movies opening on the same weekend....

I'm willing to bet that Suzuki couldn't build a Hayabugly that could compete with the ZX-14 when you take into consideration the new smog regulations that will be taking effect.

I am not saying he is wrong AGAIN, but if you search SH.ORG, you'll fing where he said a "totally NEW busa in 06"
When I mentioned someone on LAB said NOT YET, he poopood it.

When guys talk about the 'ALL NEW BUSA' ready to pounce, I keep asking "what new busa?"

Yes let me in on that bet as well! Suzuki can build a bike that would smash the 14, as well as kawasaki could have given us a 14 putting out 220 hp or more right now. All suzuki has to do is knock weight off of the busa and make it a 1397 and our 14s are toast. As much as I love my 14 it can be beat.

Yup. Everything produced today can be beat tomorrow. "That's just the way it is" (to paraphrase a song  ).
Suzuki is well known for their ability to stuff a big motor into a small/light package, just look at how the GSXR1000 has evolved. I have no doubt that they can produce a great bike to replace the 'busa, and it just might spank our beloved '14. Then give Kawasaki a few years to recoup their R&D costs on the '14 and time to design a "new busa" beater, and we'll have an all new ZX-14R or ZX-15.
Motorcycle evolution will not stop. It may be slowed by government rules one of these days, but that's fine - cap us at 200hp and continue to make the bikes lighter and handle better, with more features.
