Turbo ZX14 Questions

Hey guys, I am putting a T28 on my gen 1 ZX14 with the goal of making it a street-able fun bike with a stack of extra punch. Note, this is a budget build, we just want to see how it goes and how tractable it is then decide on the next build. We are aiming for 250 RWHP, it may not seem like alot to some people but its plenty for our first turbo bike. It will be a street bike on pump gas and will get drag raced. I have been searching for information and some things are hard to find so I thought I would ask here. I am a car mechanic by trade so some of my ideas come from the car scene. I have the following questions:

Injectors: I have seen posts about LS injectors and Bosch 725cc injectors being good, but what do you guys recommend? LS injectors offer high flow for a reasonable price, is there any reason not to use LS injectors? I thought 5500cc would be enough for us. I want to use an aftermarket fuel rail with a return to the tank and boost reference the fuel pressure, is this a good way to go?

Fuel Pump: I want to keep the internal fuel pump and factory swirl pot setup so what fuel pump would you guys recommend? It seems that a Walbro 255 LPH pump should be plenty for me but most aftermarket pumps (AEM and others) are advertising 340 LPH so what would you guys do?

Short stretch: We don't have the big open roads that you guys have, most of our rides involve traffic and bends. So how bad will a 4-6" stretch make the ride? We have other bikes we can ride when required but we don't want it to handle like a boat either.

Wide band lamdba: The manifold guy forgot to weld on an o2 bung for us, so where is the best place to position it? We have a half length exhaust on it so we can probably move the sensor a bit further from the turbo and still avoid reversion contaminating the result.

Engine oil cooler: The turbo kit means that the factory oil cooler must be removed, has anyone tested any other options for cooling the engine oil?

AFR and boost monitoring: Does anyone have a sleek way to display these and maybe also log data? Has anyone tried a UTCOMP PRO? (google it). Has anyone used a POD300?

Water pump: Which water pump do you guys recommend for water to air intercooling?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I need to order my injectors and fuel rail soon so they can ship over with my scavenge pump.

Exciting project with your ZX14 turbo build. LS injectors are cost-effective and high-flow, consider if they match your needs. Aim higher with fuel pumps; 340 LPH options future-proof your setup. A 4-6" stretch shouldn't compromise handling much on twisty roads. Position lambda sensor away from turbo for cleaner readings. Good luck with your build!

I have seen a few long nozzle injectors for sale and google says they are more efficient, what do you think of these?
