ZX14R weight reduction

Hi Guys,

I'm new here and I want to own a secondhand zx14R.

But the bike is too heavy.

Is it possible too lose 100 kg of weight in zx14R with minimum budget ?

No engine tuning needed since stock ZX14R is already too fast for me.

Waiting for reply with best regards.
