16t up front...stutter of course...

I have the 16t front and 42t rear now......with the stutter. Read someplace where someone went to a 16t front sprocket and got that dreadful stutter...then he put a 43t rear on in place of the 42t and the stutter went away...that is on a Gen 2 like my 2016...
Anyone got any input on that before I try the 43t rear?

thanks,
Ron

That works perfect with the 16/43

I'm +1 in the rear and have the stutter, but I just deal with it. Usually happens around 4000 rpm. How's the 16T front feel? I would think it would come up like crazy with a 16T front.

Is there a fuse that can be pulled on the traction control, thus eliminating any stutter at various rpm and still have Full power mode?

Don Guhl has it figured out. He have flash your ECU and eliminate the stutter. http://www.guhlmotors.com/

Another option is a TRE.

I ran 16/43 on my 2013 14r and it still had the stutter.. BTW.
