ZX14 head replacement/ TDC piston movement u

Help, help, help, please! 07 ZX14. Son 6 saw me working on the bike decides to pour some radiator sealer bends in my oil, didn't find out until taking my bike out for a spend, and not even a quarter of a mile she shuts down. Timing chain broke engine locked up no oil. Took it to the shop and the want $3500 for new head and didn't look at it. All they new was that timing chain broke. (diagnostic) $75. I took it home called the company that made the stuff, and got great tec help. Was told the oil screen is clogged and I had to replace it. Long story.. eBay head $525 oil screen $50 and gaskets . Got bike back together . Have TDC but worried whe I turn shaft it's tight. Any help please. Trying to get back on the road Ret Vet.

One of several possibilities here......If oil screen was blocked , a whole lot of other engine damage may have occurred.
When turning engine over by hand do you have the spark plugs out???
Is cam timing correct?
When you had the head off did the crankshaft turn freely, did you check cylinder bores for evidence of seizure and piston heads for evidence of valve contact.
Not exactly sure of the type of radiator sealer you're speaking of but if its some type that coagulates then you may have MANY other oil passages that are clogged or partially blocked. That said, you may be in for another catastrophic failure if you get it running....BEWARE.
So many other possibilities!!!

Extremelean .... Thx for the reply, all of that was checked, no shavings in oil on oil screen because I wasn't ridding hard and fast thank God. Only 4 bent valves but because it was cheaper to replace the whole head I did that. All moveable parts pistons and valves now are working.. I just need to know if my timing is right, basically how much tension do you get when you rotate the pistons. Is it rough to turn or easy. Now TDC is some resistance.

Thank for comments

Mine was easy to turn with plugs removed. Very little resistance.

There will be SOME mechanical resistance via valve spring actuation with spark plugs removed and all 360 degrees of rotation should be smooth, no grinding or binding.
If you're rotating the crankshaft with the spark plugs in there will be a definite higher resistance on every cylinders compression stroke.
If you have some sort of binding, beware, you may have the cam timing off by a few teeth.
I dont know your level mechanical aptitude and I dont know if you have a service manual ur using... Make SURE the cam timing is set correctly before you fire it off.
Another big thing, If you didnt adjust the valve clearance after replacing the head you should do so now before you button it up, I HIGHLY recommend setting each valve at max spec clearance.
I also HIGHLY recommend checking compression and doing a leak down for piece of mind.

if there was a plugged oil pick up, it needs to come completely apart to check all bearings.
