Drag racing question

Ok, I've never been to a drag strip and I'm going to lower my bike all the way down via the dog bones and a Brock's front-end lowering strap. My question is can I leave it lowered all the time? Will the front end lowering straps and the lowered dog bones damage the seals or anything in the suspension if I leave it lowered?

Only strap it while at the track. It s dangerous to ride on the street strapped. Yes it will blow you seals early but makes a big difference on your e. t.......Its all in the clutch hand and your 60 foot time.Learn to ride power wheelies and shifting at redline on the back tire. Stock wheelbase is where the talent is to me......

Besides blowing seals it puts your pan way too close to the road making it easy to bust it over bumps, curbs, wheelies or whatever else jumps in front of you.
