slippery seat

I just had Sargent rework my stock seat to lower it 1". They did a quality job and the seat looks great. BUT, their seat covering material is more slippery than stock and I'm sliding all over it under hard acceleration. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Perhaps something I can treat the seat with? Thanks.

Any treatment might void the warranty. I would call them and see what they recommend.

Had a local guy cut my seat. He used a real sticky vinyl on the seating area. No slip at all.
