moving advise
I plan to move from VA to CA and have two motorcycles (z1000 and meanstreak). Uhaul will let me rent a 6 x12 enclosed trailer however there are not too many tie down places. any advise would be helpful. I am towing with 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis.
other option is to buy a utility trailer from lowes or home depot.

If there is a wood deck in the truck, just screw down some temp D-rings or loops. for added security use those roll in stands that hold the bike by the front wheel. Condor, harbor freight etc.
