IBA COAST TO COAST 50
Hi all been a minute since I been on here, been going through a lot lately personally
but I picked up a 2013 ZX14R last September due to theft of my 2 bikes within 3 weeks of each other, my ZZR 600 has been found 9 months later, stripped to motor and rolling chassis :\
Hurt again to see her like that, the 14 still is MIA
But anyways, my last mission consisted of a challenge to complete an IBA Coast to Coast in 50 hours, with 2 of my road dawgs, we were taking donations and the winner taking the pot for their selected charities

I happy to report that I won with a time of 33 hours and 34 minutes from Jacksonville, FL to San Diego, CA
I very happy with my time and accomplisment and wouldn't repeat that unless money was involved for myself

The other part of the ride was having 5 riders meet us in San Diego and taking our time working our way back to the north east, we stopped the LA, Vegas, Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, and 4 corners monument.
The last 1600 miles was the worst part of the 7000+ mile mission, mechanical issues set in on 2 of the bikes, a blown motor on 1 and some clutch issues on another, that threw off our schedule enough that we ended up getting caught in VA in the Winter Storm Wiley. After getting caught in December in MD on my new bike and dropping it twice, I didn't think I would be riding in the snow again and to add insult to injury the GPS routed us through a curvy back road to get to the nearest hotel, I will revisit that road on a nicer day but for that day it wasn't fun and snow stings when you have to ride with your visor up so you can see
I arrived back home Monday 03/18 after being on the road for 12 days and have been in recovery mode since taking it easy until the next mission comes up
