Not that I know anything about suspension but we have ours adjusted for easy compression and slow rebound. It's set up for drag racing but it's street ridden too and we don't see the problem you describe.
BTW: Like the screen name! Doubt that your as old as me but there are several of us old farts that ride the 14's

Less rear brake should resolve that issue. That's not a common heard of issue

My rear hops under hard breaking or extreme down shifts from high speeds. But It didn't start to do this until my tire got more than halve way worn. I believe once I replace the tires it should resolve most of it. My 12r does the same thing when the tire is worn out more than50%

Lou_ZX12R,
Just trying to help here, since hop can cause loss of control in an instant.
All bikes, without slipper style clutches, will hop if you down shift from an inappropriate speed (or excessive RPM) into the wrong gear. It might be advisable for you to enroll into a track day school to improve your form.
Your shock might be worn out? (lack of rebound dampening) But if you have two bikes doing the same thing, it doesn't sound likely to be mechanical.

I appreciate the concern, the process in which this happens is well in control. The shock is fine, my setting is a bit more stiff than what most would prefer and this usually happens when the tires are worn more than 50%. I still have the stock tires on, a good set of Pirelli's should fix this.
By the way i love my flash

i think Brock is right here, better technique would eliminate this better than new tires. Tire wear is immaterial to locking the rear tire compared to better control of revs & clutching.
