Heading out from the hotel to work the Chicago show a couple years ago. The first week of February was kinda cold then too!

Heh heh.....great shot Dan.... 
We are always busy as can be in December fighting for every end of year sale. Our season usually runs from sometime in March right through the end of December. ( Christmas is big for powersports dealers ) January and Febuary are the slowest months and the best for attending shows and placing orders for the new year.
Also the very best time for employees to attend, because of reduced floor traffic.
AND, Indianapolis is less than 2 hours drive from here and we have been going to the Dealer Show there forever so we are whining for being inconvenienced....... Indy is very affordable for a show like this and the MotoGP has to be the least expensive to attend in the entire world. I'm sure it will be more expensive for attendees in Chicago.
The snow doesn't bother my family.....if you haven't ridden a modern snowmobile you are really missing something!!

Hey Charles,
We've been snowmobiling quite a few times in Colorado......and love it!
The IMS schedule has changed over the years including this coming winter. I've never been to the Dealer Show in Indy but Zack has over the years and really enjoys it.
I fly out Wednesday to "work" the World Superbike Races in Laguna Seca, Woo-Hoo!!

Ice drags are wild with 2 strokes making 300+ n2o hp.....You're tune is everything - right is unreal, wrong is expensive!!

Wow!! Good for you Dan.  I can honestly say I am jealous.......would LOVE to be there... Please take lots of pictures. You should be able to get in Sykes pits?? Lots of unobtanium on those ZX10R's. Heck all the World Superbikes are to drool over..... 
Yep, snowmobiles are a blast. I have friends in Colorado and my family lives in the Black Hills. The Black Hills are a paradise for streetbikes, dirt bikes and snowmobiles. Watercraft too!! The lakes are also beautiful....
Have a good flight and a great time at Laguna Seca Dan.

Yeah Charles it should be a good time. I've had the chance to work a couple Laguna Seca Moto GP's along with several AMA road races over the years. We have a static display with our sportbikes and answer questions for folks. Our display is where the autograph sessions are held so it's a nice setup for Kawasaki.
Sykes attended our dealers meeting a couple weeks ago in San Diego and really was approachable for the crowds as was Villapoto. We got to have a block party on Saturday night in the downtown Gaslamp district so the public got in on things along with the dealers.
It was a great time too.
