Newb, picked up a 2008 black 14
Hey there. Just picked up a new to me ZX14 with 4k miles. Stock but won't be for long, not sure if I want to go turbo or bolt ons. Phoenix AZ!

What do you recommend for a stock wheel base stage 1 kit? I only need 235-250 HP and don't want to get into injectors, pistons, rods, etc. I've been looking, looks like there are a few systems to pick from in the $4-5k range.

I'm not sure how much RCC charges for their base kit but Richard's knowledge and customer support for anything you run into is second to none. You should call and just speak with him. You'll be impressed. The thing is that when you start wanting even more power, and inevitably you will, Richard will be right there to help you upgrade without buying the wrong parts. I doubt very seriously if he'll be the least expensive but the best rarely is.
