Mystery plug under seat

Anybody know if the open plug under the seat (red pos, blk ylw neg) is ok to use for electrical accesories. My concern is if it shorts or malfunctions, I don't ruin any electronics on the bike as in the ECU if it isn't fused.
Thanks

The RG Tail Tidy I fitted has an LED light for the plate, so the plug is still used.

If you use it for accessories check what the current rating is for that circuit.
