That was a good run in extreme conditions
temps got to 46 c in the early parts of the week
salt was hard and dry for a change
Top speed of the meet was with a NA 1000cc gt750 waterbottle (don't you guys call it a water buffalo ? ) , 240mph
this bike is up there with the Guppy and Joe Amo for small slippery bodywork
our salt is at 600ft altitude , great for the NA guys

In England we called the GT750 a Kettle.
What distance were those speeds over?

Track has timing starting at the 3 mile, and timing at the 3.25, 4 , 5 and not sure if it was timing at the 6
New Tag Heur wireless system
heat knocked it around on the first day and did not time beyond the 3.25 , which was dissapointing , our zx14 turbo running as a naked bike was going well, but next run had fuel issues that plagued us the rest of the meet
turned out there was a hose problem with the in tank pump
