05 to 10 busa project complete and under budget.
My budget was $4500 I came in at $4200 after taking off the money from the parts I was able to sell from the wrecked 2010 Busa. So I now have everything from the Gen 2 Busa swapped to the Gen 1 Busa. It took some fabricating but everything works and it runs rally well. The good thing about the Hayabusa is that it is so interchangable with other years. The 2010 Fuel pump fit right in the Gen 1 tank. Every piece of running gear is 2010. But it looks like a ragged Gen 1 Busa. It needs a paint job but I have been looking at the custom wraps for the Busa and might go with one of them. It ready to take to the dyno with my trusty ME ZX-14.

2010 gauges fit with no triming of the plastic dash pieces

14 complete

Decided to stick with the dayglo shield? What swingarm is that on the Kawi? Looks like too much fun there for just one person.

Stock swingarm extended by Adams. I am trying to like the windscreen. I got a black ME claw to go on it. Anybody got a steel 43T rear sprocket to sell??
