Engine Warning light coming on !

The yellow engine warning light is coming on, and it stalls once in a while WTF its a brand new bike !
Anyone have any problems like this ? it goes off when I shut it down, then after I start it, it comes on again at different times, taking it to the dealer as its still under warranty. CRAP !

It's a 2012 ZX14R

That's new to me. Only time mine did it was when it was on a dyno with the front wheel stopped... But it never stalled..

They said it wasnt throwing out any codes, they said one of the battery terminals was a little loose, I told them to take it for another long ride, I dont want it stalling on me, especially when cars are coming behind me ....
will see .......
