Before Dyno

What can I do before dyno to get some more hp?
I am going to make some corrections to my pc map with tunning link should I remove the air filter before mapping? On the street I always have a filter but there is the ram air effect.

Depends on if you run your air filter at the track.
Dyno it like you are going to ride/race it. Use whatever fuel on the dyno you are going to use at the track/street.

If I dyno tune it without the air filter with the filtrer on the street it will be rich?
I do lot of top speed runs so I want it to be rich.
About the fuel I always use the same fuel!
