Looking for pic of 14r rear grab rail with end helmet dowels

I saw a pic of a ZX14r rear grab rail, could have been Kawasaki unit, and each side there were dowels that appear to be a great place to hang your helmet when off the bike.

The pic also showed a flip out lever serrated on each side so you can slip the D ring of your helmet through it if desired.

Has anyone seen these, I saw them in black and green so far.

Kawasaki has one for about 160.00 but they do not show the side dowels for helmet hanging or the flip out serrated side levers.

Not the best pic, but I think he is talking about one of these.

These (and the side hooks) are standard on Euro models. We don't get the seat cowl.
They are luggage hooks.
If you want them your dealer should be able to order them.
If not try here.

They are a dealer with a good reputation and ship internationally.
I'm sure there must be a cheaper option.
Doesn't your bile have the helmet lock to the left of the seat?

There are two wire type hooks under the seat impossible to attach a helmet D ring to them when the seat is down and locked, you would have to unlock seat and attach, then lock the seat down again..a real pain, this would be much simpler.

It's like that because you can hang your helmet there without worrying about someone stealing it.

Good point, but difficult to access when you stop for a ride break, unlocking the seat and attaching your D ring under the seat and reattaching seat..gotta be a better more convenient way.'

I put two vertical helmet posts on the clutch and brake pivot bolts so for a quick dismount that seems to work well.....am usually not out of sight of the bike when parked for lunch or dinner so not too worried about theft. Sometime I take it inside because of the SENA electronics inside, especially if it were raining.

The rear studs on the EURO model may give some flexibility for a bungi tie down, not necessarily for a passenger to hang on to.

Difficult? Unlocking your seat is as difficult as putting the key in the ignition and starting the bike.

Unnecessary tasking to have to raise the seat in order to leave your helmet with the ninja.

Should be a faster way with a lock on each side at mid frame point area(s) for easier attachment and detachment.
