Is the mrx01 like mr12 (you have to get it mapped) or like mr9 (will work on pump gas map)?
I can use and run mr12, pump gas and mrx01 with the same map!

Yet I cannot run the MR12 on a pump gas map or a MR9 map. I tried it several times and the MR12 just won't work in my bike. I was told by a very reputable tuner that it would not work without remapping for it but I was hard headed. Bought a can of MR12 and it was wasted.
Not sure why some can get away with it and some can't but I'm one of those that cannot.

My "08 C14 will use a 200 wide Shinko Stealth tire inflated to 15 psi for drag racing. It has Soupy's adjustable rear lowering links and side stand, front is lowered 3/4" and has front lowering straps/brackets. A speedohealer is used to correct the speedo and defeat the speed limiter for top speed runs. I have a Catalyst Composite drag step seat for drag racing. It will allow me to sit lower and further forwared without pushing me back under extreme accelleration and it's lighter. The boost controller is set up and the engine tuned for continuously variable boost/power, not the typical 2 or more maps. I think I have that right? I think "kawpower" has the same thing set up by Chris. The inability to change gearing with sprockets and not being able to lengthen the bike is a drawback for the shaft driven C14 for racing. There are at least 2 other C14s that have been turboed. Both of them burned pistons. I'm using 93 pump gas, CP forged turbo 9.5 CR pistons and the water/methanol injection system and, for longer top speed runs, C16 fuel. OEM pistons in the C14 are cast not forged. Also getting BMC RaceTech to remanufacure/revalve my shock for my/bike's weight, tires and type of use. I have a lot to learn with this machine and limited time to do it. I wonder if World's Fastest Bagger entries are limited to HD V-twins? I see one has gone a little more than 200 mph at Bonneville this year.

I believe actual top speed for a stock C14 is 152 mph. I'm hoping to see 200 mph with FA induction.

Gearing wise, with a 190/50-R17 and 10500 rpm the theoretical speeds are:
1st 72MPH
2nd 100MPH
3rd 127MPH
4th 156MPH
5th 187MPH
6th 225MPH
Stock I think mine would hit right around 150-160ish for top speed.

what a minute ..you saying a C14 gearing can do 225mph but stock it only does 160ish ..then what rpm are you doing at 160'ish .... unless its only doing 7k rpm at 160ish how is it going to gain 65mph

Top speed is done in 5th gear.
160 in 5th gear is 9k RPM and 7500 RPM in 6th.
I've heard of people getting up to 170 on them before but I'm not sure if that's indicated or actual. I always ran out of road before I got that high. The best I saw on mine was about 165 indicated.
Keep in mind the C14 is only rated at 159 BHP and that's with Ram Air.

Still seems off.
We've got BIG guys over 250 lbs clocking 151-15s on GPS with a stock motor n/a pump gas ZRX 1200. That essentially a naked bike save for a flyscreen...if you even want to call it that.
Big ol' barn door FJR 1300s with 220 lb rider doing consistent mid 140s GPS...that thats with that huge ass windshield gotta be over 5 ft high frontal area.
Hell I've gone upper 150s on a naked Ducati Diavel and that thing put 130 or so to the back wheel, again a naked bike.
I know the concourse is BIG and HEAVY and DOWN ON POWER. But damn. 150-160....you're basically saying its about as fast as a ZRX....or an old ass stone stock SRAD 600. That thing's gotta be able to bust 170.

I saw a pic of it. It has a arm and sidewinder.
Looks to be set up the same as mine but it has a sidewinder ... Unsure about the fuel they used but knowing Brock it was MR12 .. Maybe not ?

C14 (stock) puts out about 15 more hp than a ZX11...but the aero is horrible in comparison. With 155 hp to the rear wheel, modified, I would expect to see low 160's mph range. The windscreen is horrible for top speed use....probably worse than running naked.
