One last top end run in the ML
After 12 years of service the old M-Class is still a pretty fast 4x4. One last top speed run before it goes on Craigslist.

Look at the gas gauge, it's blurry!!!! That's how fast it's sucking down the fuel!

Computer says it was getting 10.3 at speed. ML's were not known for good MPG.

Wow. My wife had a 2000 ml 320 and I don't think it would ever go like that! Yours is gotta be the 430! If I recall it averaged about 19-20 mpg. Not that bad.

I've got a rare 2003 BMW 540i Sport Wagon, with the factory M package and the 'Dinan' aftermarket performance works - it wouldn't run that speed either.....The low 4/11 rear end gearing Beemer uses on the sport wagon makes 0-135mph great fun, but that's about it.
