Anybody Been to The Drag Races? Going on 4 weeks for me, it's hot in Tejas, just don't feel like getting on a black motorcycle in the heat, so I went to the deer lease last weekend and moved cameras and filled feeders, only 110 there lol. I can't wait for cooler weather, forecast is 115 degrees this weekend at the lease,

Can you shoot the deer in that fence? Here in Arkansas that would be considered "trapping" and is HIGHLY illegal. At least I think it is lol. Either way You got some nice ones there.

Damn, Wee, those pics make me soooooo homesick! Those look like they were taken in my Dad's backyard(Kerrville). I am gonna retire there someday.
I feel your pain with hot. My first time riding back to my villa on the 14R last week was 117 degrees. I couldn't get home fast enough...to hell with break in! Thank goodness there are only two well marked traffic cameras.
Looking forward to cooler temps so I can actually enjoii going to the local track.

Jeff, it's almost in the Pan Handle of Texas, Foard County, it's still 109 degrees at 8pm.

we went to dunn benson saturday. got there at 10am left at 11pm. we decided the same thing. its just too hot. not going anywhere else till grudgefest at rockingham august 31 and september1. maybe it will be cooled down by then

It's been hot here as well. The heat isnt that bad until you mix high 90% humidity into the mix, then its miserable to be in a leather suit. Kinda takes the fun out of it when many people don't show and your one of the few fools about to have a heat stroke.

Too Damn hot , plus everytime i do want to go it rains !! We have set new records this month for rain .. I spend most of my time off work cutting my damn grass ...
It doesn't help that our 1/8 mile track doesn't buy VHT anymore , track owner said we don't need it because he sprayed it 2 months ago ... What a dip shit ...

My bike is down anyway .. ECU reflash ... While it was down i got to thinking about my air shifter .. I had already changed the air valve and a few other changes ... I got to thinking about my shifter button that i made to go under the horn switch .. It did work ok but i liked using the horn button ... So i took the horn switch apart so i could find the wire colors for the horn button .. Black with white tracer and brown with white tracer .. Since i didn't have the horn on the bike anyway i might as well use the horn button like i have on my other zx14s .. The horn button is much easy for me to find than the button switch i had below the horn button .. Pretty easy to hook up once i knew what wires i was looking for .. Snip snip and done .. Here is a picture of what i had made and you can see it's really not in the best place like the horn button ..

I've been getting rain daily for the past month! We still haven't had time to dry out from TS Debbie. Was up in southern IN about 3 weeks ago and it was bad! 107*! All the yards were dead brown and the corn in the fields was looking really bad. Food prices are going to skyrocket this fall! Will not be as much to export so we will be paying the price.
