Greetings from Greece
Hello everyone, I am Lazaros from Greece and I own a 07' ZX14 with the following mods:
full exhaust 4 into 1 TiForce
DNA air filter
power commander III with ignition module and quick shifter
g-pack over 3
wiseco pistons
muzzys camshafts, cam sprockets and valve springs
ported head
46mm throttle bodies
higher volume fuel pump
removed counterbalancers
high volume oil pump gear
muzzys radiator fan
I never drag raced it yet but the previous owner did and made 1/4m 9,2sec.
Here are some dynos all of them on a Dynojet 200i
Happy to be here

Welcome. Good looking dyno sheet. Somebody chime in but does the A/F look a tad lean for real world riding with the ram air effect? I thought they had to be tuned a little richer to compensate for the ram air effect.

Well this is my biggest problem. I was going to ask you what would be the best AFR for real world riding (not on the dyno)? I am going to buy a power commander-v and the wide band 2 with the LCD-200 to make multiple maps on the street with the ram air effect and sent them to the power commander on the fly. I am so confused from what I read about the AFR, some say the best power comes with 13.5 some others say 13 and others 12.8/12.6 all these on the street. What should I do?

Do you guys think that I will have any gains in HP if I replace my TiForce exhaust with a Muzzy M14 or a Brocks system?

Maybe but they wont be noticable. Especially compared to the cost. Maybe 2 horsepower at best. If you were replacing stock exhaust, that would be another story.

Nice bike Lazaros
what part of Greece you from?
My girlfriend is from Athens.
By the way, I would not run the forks pulled up in the triple clamps so much,
You will smash the oil pan / drain plug into the ground if you come down hard from a wheelie and the forks are raised more then about 5/8 inch.
You should check to make sure the horn is not being pushed into the radiator from the fender when the suspension compresses.

I am far away from Athens, I am from Grevena (small town).
I pulled down the forks half an inch after the photos. Also I have modified my oil pan and the drain plug is located at the rear side of it now. I still have clearence issues with my Tiforce exhaust and this is why I want to replace it with a Brocks or Muzzy system.

Great looking bike, thanks for the F/A graph - I'd love to see it with the ram-air effect at speed (IMO might be a little lean) available via the Dynojet Wideband option.........Cool race look tip #47 - loose the chain guard.

I am now running 17-41 gearing, any change at stock wheelbase will make any good or is it gonna be a wheelie machine?
What about extensions? How long? Am I losing power because of the longer chain? I do lot of roll ons too not only drag racing.

If all you do is roll on racing leave it stock wheel base .. 60 MPH roll from 2 gear ...Lean over the tank and grip it and rip it .. If you go to the track gear it 17/40 maybe even 17/39 .. That will help with the wheelys and let you get WOT faster ..

I am thinking to go on a turbo kit from MR Turbo stage 1.
What do I have to change on my motor?

I just bought a new motor for my ZX14 and it is from a 2008 my last motor had many issues to continue with.
I want to upgrade this as well but without changing piston rods etc.
I now have 46mm tb TiForce full exhaust and a pc
What else do I need to be in the 200hp range streetable?
I don't want to diassemply the motor just bolt ons and cams i needed.
