The ARP replacement bolts are 220K PSI bolts. They don't torque as high as a stock bolt. I used a stretch gauge on mine but I think they were like 35 ft.lbs. torque or something. The stock Busa rods are pretty beefy and will hold a lot of HP with the ARP bolts. I made 400 RWHP but set it up for 325-330 RWHP and kept it at that. rode it for 4 years track and street. replaced the rod bearings after the 3rd year just to be safe. They were worn a little and would have went longer. While you have the bottom case split get you a Robinson Ind. HD output shaft if it does not have one. If your just going to keep it on the street you should be OK. At the track you may shear the sprocket shaft if it hooks hard with too much power, on the 08 and up Suzuki fixed that problem..

I watched you fight that bike on here for too long.......I understand you wanting to run it off a cliff. I have a gen1 busa N/A tho and my 14 boosted. I could have boosted either, but I boosted the 14 because I just like it better overall, and it responds to boost stock way better then my stock busa would have. You're gonna have another boosted 14 big guy.........I guarantee it

I'm sure you already know this but the reason they sell N20 and Turbos is so they can sell you more parts when shit blows up .. If it was not for cheap N20 and cheap turbos and blowers Jegs and Summit would just be poor auto parts dealers .. APE and Carpender and the other 1000 Busa parts suppliers will love you long time round eye ..lol...

lmfao @ tie fighter! man I am like you and always hate to see toys go. But I will say shes in good hands. Evil was at the track and got a shiny new chainguard just to welcome her in lol. But I have to say i can see where you put the time in it, and have to say your Busa will make you happy as well.

Robert, I can promise you that Dave, Sam and myself are already scheming trying to figure out how to make a mid 7 second bike out of the turbo 14. I can also guarantee you that Dave will continue the tradition of meticulous bike prep and attention to detail that this bike has experienced during its former ownership. I still cannot get over how clean of an example it is of the breed considering its purpose. Speaks volumes of Robert's character and work ethic.

Rob you know what kits on your new busa? If I ever decide to boost my busa I'll use your experiences to learn from just like I did with your 14 lol. So share brother  Does it ramp up smooth like the 14 did? Any lag?

this kit has lag ..it hits hard and the goes flat .. i think its in the fuel map ..when i switch it to e85 thats when i'll find out ..
