who did the build
I dunno who built it. He bought it like that. I think it made around 280 hp on our dyno. mid summer, pretty hot outside. Iam pretty sure I have some pics from one of our rides, I will try to post one

^^I think your guy bought it from the guy I knew that had it^^^ they guy I knew had a build sheet on it, with who originally did the turbo build. This was probably 2007-2009 time frame when he owned it.

Suzuki's had their dick knocked so far into the dirt It'll be years before the busa gets fast again
But turbo's are great for fixing slow

So why'd he sell it?
Never understood that sellin', cryin', and rebuyin' bit. Not to mention losing yer ass financially
If he can afford to rebuy, he could afford to keep it.......no cryin' needed

i was so pissed at my bike back in march that i listed it .i couldn't stand to look at it for what it did that day..

i prepped this bike all year just for that race and for it to throw it away in the finals. i was pissed .. its lucky i didn't drive it into the wall and parted it out .. if it made it to the last turn off i'd drove it into the pond at the end of the track.. did i say i was pissed ..

after that day i had a love -hate relationship and the hate took over common sense.. do i regret selling fuk-n-a. but i'm still so pissed i'd sell it again out of pure meanness

Keep it below 300 HP or you will have trouble. You can buy some ARP upgrade rod bolts for the Busa from Summit racing if you don't want to take the whole motor apart. I made 325 RWHP all the time with them on stock rods. The factory bolt is the weak link. I think they are like $90 bucks shipped. I am also sure it has head studs and nuts too. Just a few of the things you will need. nice bike.

Only difference I can see is the smoked windscreen and that could have easily been changed due to personal preference.

ok . so .the rod bolts are the issue.. i was wondering what the issue was being to stock rods look just like the zx14 rods.... and muzzy said 400rwhp on a zx14 rods ..i'm gonna get some bolts 100.00 is better than 850.00 for wosners rods.. but i sure do like them rods ..

Wossner pistons and rods going in my Busa. Rather be safe than sorry. Takes more time to gather money but it's worth the wait IMO. But then again, I'm shooting for 550+ horsepower eventually.

Hard to imagine riding such a beast. Sam is going to have a challenge riding it at even the power level I want with the bike. We're even going to stop around 425 or so on the way to 550 by maxing out the turbo on the bike now to not have such a steep learning curve. He seems pretty comfortable with the bike now though so it's time to turn some screws.
