Is your buddy new to riding as well? he should have went alot quicker then 10.10

We r not drag racers by any means, more sport touring.
On a cooler day and more practice I will make my goal of 9 second and me very happy.
In the end we had a blast and that's what matters.

Glad you guys had fun! have your buddy run his busa in B mode. I'm 185 unsuited and went 9.67 in B mode, busa is really easy to launch in B mode. He will get in the 9's easy in B mode. once he has the B mode leave down you can almost throw the clutch lever away like the bike has a slider in it and apply the throttle fast. Wish the 14rs modes worked more like the Busa.

Wow great runs but you're buddy will probably beat you every race setup the way you are.
The 14r has to much torque for stock height to be very quick. It will want to flip over every time. The busa on the other hand is naturally lower easyer to launch than the taller zx14r.
Next time take a strap and strap the front down and you'll smoke him.

How did you get 30 passes in? I went to the weekly test and tune night here in Denver and I got 6 runs in. One of the workers said I got my money's worth.
Man I wish I lived at sea level. Everything runs about a second slower up here.

We can get 25 to 35 runs weekly at our local track as well it's great!
