I don't thing i rode it ever 100% stock at the track ..I think the first time i had it at the track was with a pipe and strapped ... I know it was right after i had it on the dyno .. Stock oil and 75 miles on the bike it made 197.8 SAE..

Does the strap make a noticeable difference? I can NOT keep the front wheel down through first and would love to find a reasonable fix.

Yes the strap will make a difference on any bike. Not only are you lowering the center of gravity, your stopping weight transfer/momentum from the front suspension and help keep the front end down

Strap worked pretty darn good on my 06 and 09 zx14 .. But didn't help much with my 2012 ZX14R ...

Strap is making a big difference on both the 14 @ 71" and the Turbo Busa @ 72" right now. It's hard to believe strapping the front end down would make a difference once a bike gets that long but both will still wheelie if not strapped. Go figure. I thought I'd be able to get away from a strap but it looks like I'll have a strap on the bikes as long as we drag race them.

you can get away from a strap if you alter the internals in your forks.....basically shorten them and have a ton of rebound built into them
