Rearset Options?

Considering a switch to rearsets for use with an HM shifter.

I have used Vortex prior, on a Busa, and I know they are decent. I also see Gille$ and Arata on Ebay.

Anyone have any experience with something outside of the Vortex?

Shane

Gilles are same setup as stock i.e. no shift rod..
Top quality rearsets but you would have to use the dynojet linear displacement type quickshifter

Shane.........we use the Sato's on my friends track bike (gsxr 750) and they are very well made. No slop what so ever. I would say you are on the right track with the Gilles or Sato or Arata. The ability to get replacement parts is important......

I think the Arata's do as well. I will have to use a custom shift-rod setup with the HM, but the key is that a shift-rod is required.

Shane you've used the Vortex and the Sato rear sets... The Vortex are $100 (or more) less expensive than the other options mentioned. Looks aside, functionally are they worth the extra price?
