so you take a rolling chassis and install a turbine and ask 25,000.00.. and some yuppie will buy it ...

A Hayabusa with a turbine?
Try this little baby, the Y2K bike with a Rolls Royce 250 C18 turbine.
Owner Zef Eisenberg cracked 200 on it last week at Elvington and it makes toast too 
Photo from August 2011, the bike is black now.

Think there would be just a little bit of power difference between an APU output and a helicopter engine  , give me the Y2K anyday
I think Zef would be the first on a Y2k to actually do well at a "official" event , hope he goes even faster next time

That's a power difference I would just have to live without...I couldn't afford the extra $125,000 it would take to buy the Y2k. Would be bad ass to have it though.
