Should I mill it further?
I was having an issue with the head gasket not sealing up good because of the cut on it I"m guessing, Well I took it to the machine shop and they said that it also need exhaust valve guides? This motor has 7k miles on it and was untouched until 2 months ago. So looks like its going to get a valve job too, Should I have them sink the valves in .030 and mill another .030 or maybe even angle mill at it and at least get a little more power out of it? Right now it is cut down .025 This is on a 08 zx14

.030 is cutting it pretty close. If you miss a shift it could be really bad news. I just had my 08' head milled .020, valve job, 47mm TB's and gained 20 hp. It's best to error on the safe side.
