I am interested in track days. Is anyone from the new York area that attend track days regularly? I would love to attend one this year. Any info would be appreciated.

I ride with absolutecycle.com or teampromotion.com. Both are well organized groups but I prefer absolute. Ride mainly at NJMP in Millville NJ. In fact, I'll be doing a two day mid-week trackday next week. Check out their site and click on track registration for detailed info.

I'm near the GWB and ride NJ, NY, Ct or Pa. If you are North of NYC I'm sure we can get a meetup spot.

Don't let a lot of these drag guys discourage you from taking your 14 to a trackday...some have never done it and haven't a clue of just how capable a 14 can be on a track. It is a high-horsepower, larger bike than what you could consider a track tool, but it'll still hustle through a corner no problem. I'd only caution your ground clearance...raising up the rear a bit with an aftermarket shock makes all the difference, and be very careful of how you use your right hand.

I'd also like to take the time to warn you that track days are addictive!!! LOL

I´d agree that. Especially the last part. I got hooked up about 2 years ago. I´m still riding at novice or training groups (I´m too old to get any faster, lol) , but whatever... I am really joining it.
Last weekend I had my first track day for this summer, after long winter. There was an other ZX14 too and we both had fun times with these "big bikes".
