autotune or not W/ PC V

2012 full yoshimura PC V I spoke w/ a dynojet rep about a map for my set up he sugested
I buy an autotune. When I spoke to the rep at more power racing he said use the avalable maps until mine comes out autotune works but is far from necessary.

i don't like the auto tune .. it never stops adding numbers .. and i mean big numbers .. you keep accepting the trim numbers ...before long you get a map that won't even run ..

IDK maybe i got a defective one

It sounded like a sales pitch by the dynojet rep, made me feel like I was talking to a con man.

Don't get me wrong ..it helps but it never stops helping ..you would think it would stop with the big adjustments somewheres.. sometime i'll catch it adding 20 in 1 box and then it -20 the next time and -15 then next time and back to 20 then next time .. its like it confused or i'm confused... like WTF

Under 100# throttle at high rpm's it doesent change map very much, you can also add or subtract the % amount autotune is tring to modify.

yes i understand that .. i put the big values to see how much it would change from 1 ride to another on same day riding ..

there was days i never went into 80% to 100% throttle and it showed adjustments needed in those values..

i do test these product just for the hell of it and see how well they work for my own benefits ..

i like the bazzaz much better ..

That's wierd on mine if I don't rev it past 6000RPM it won't show any adjutments on table. Maybe just varies from autotune to autotune

i've let dynojet support twice into my laptop to fix an issue i was having with the software .. it would pull a map from nowhere up and if you didn't use the GET MAP TAB 1st ..to set your map onto the view tables .. you would send some fuck up map out of nowheres into MY PCV... it was funny watching them try to download that easy firmware upgrade and it bust their ass for a change..
