My Doctor just told me that Japanese live long then us because they eat white rice. I have just started getting back into white rice. Will the doctors on this site please explain why this is true? The MD doctors, not the many PHd's we have on this site.

Echhhh - machine made Sushi. Must suck balls. There are some things you just can't build by machine.
1) Sushi
2) Montreal Smoked meat sandwhich
3) Gourmet hamburgers
4) USDA or Alberta prime steak
Fish, you have a large mix of fine sushi restaurants in Vancouver...do any of them use machines to make the sushi??? Would you eat machine made sushi?
