2012 ZX14 pricing
Hey family its been a while since i have posted year and i mean a while. Been racing cars for the past few years after i sold my 2006 zx14 about two years ago. Anyways i am thinking of jumping on a new 2012 zx14, i may just wait till 2013 to see what new colors may come out and the possinility of maybe getting one used for a deal. However i was wondering what are most paying for their bikes. Secondly if i buy one i know i willbe gogin with a brocks pipe but i was owndering what tuning should i use is dynojet power commander still the ECU tuning to have or is it the new bazzazz box. Lastly have there been much play wiht gearing yet and what do most like. I wont be racing this one i am thinking just a good tune lowere an in or so and enjoy the ride.

Can believe the price of bike and hwo they have gone up over the years. i remember when i thought 10500 was to much for a bike when i bought my 99 zx11, and that kawi was crazy for asking 11999 for a 12 in 2000 none the less i paid it. Got a deal on my 2006 zx14 for 10200 out the dooe but wow 13000... I was wondering would they drop like the did for the 12 in the second year.

I was at the dealer where I bought mine today, They had a blue one "ON SALE" for $12,499.
Maybe I should have waited,...I paid more than that 7 weeks ago for my SE. I knew the price would fall, but I really thought it would be at least summer before they went "ON SALE".

I paid AUD $20,500 for my 2012 ZX-14R ABS which is equivalent to about $21,200 US Dollars

It's good to hear that they are on sale now. Im waiting towards the end of the season to pick up my SE. Hopefully prices will get better than the sale prices now.

Justoyz2 i wonder could i get that same price it would be well worth the trip rockinham is only about 2 hours from me..
Anyone else got any better deal in the NC,SC,GA area

i got a quote for a 2012 ZX-14R SE at my local dealer. They quoted $13,900 out the door with the 4year ext warranty. I'm not sure what color you are looking into but I hear you can save a few bucks by going with black or blue. I'm may still hold out a few because that is a little too rich for my blood. I haven't been to other dealers yet as I am in no rush. Good luck!

300 in taxes? Do you have a state sales tax? If so its the cheapest I've ever heard of......7.75% here  yep its a raping 
BTW the freight & prep is just profit for them, another way to pad the price, tell them to drop it or no deal, it'll go bye bye. Of course thats after you shop a few places against each other and get the price of the bike itself down some first. You can trim that price down ALOT with a little work

+1 on doing the work for a better price. In this economy, it's a buyers market. Just put the dealers against one another. Oh yeah, I also would never pay for freight and prep! It's a bullshit fee!! What color has your interest? Let us know how you make out, I'm curious to know what's out there myself.

The difference between the two is just the color scheme. The SE is the special edition green. Also, the SE rims have polished lips. From what I know, the green SE is a couple hundred dollars more then the blue or black.
