Drag racers - what went wrong?????
Not dissin' the guy at all.
Not the first time this has happened, just a very good vid ot it.
At least he came out OK, even if the bike didn't.

You only need two tools: WD-40 and Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

Looks like he had too much pre-load on the rear shock as well.. or too stiff of spring for his weight. It barely goes down at all when he takes off. I really think a better rear suspension setup would have prevented this.

He has a gen2 in that bike. 200+- rpm from where it's setup makes a difference.

It wont matter at all how soft the shock is when the boost comes in at that low a speed with an aggressive clutch. The wheel will come up. He is an extremely small guy too.

You would think too much throttle, but watch his right hand. He doesnt hit it wot.
Ive been riding a pretty high hp turbo bike that is going to carry my fat ass faster than I ever thought I would go, and launching at 8,500 in boost makes me paranoid of this, even if the bike is at 71"

That rear shock didn't squat at all. Rider was also not in propper position. Was sitting almost straight up. Rookies! LOL

He mentioned that he did this before; shock, bike height and setup on that clutch.... I think he needs to pay someone to help him set it up

He must like doing it because he said this was the second time he had done it .. I only need to get hit in the head one time to know i don't want to do it again ..
He really needs to have someone set up his bike that knows what they are doing ..

Yes you looked great.. Your bikes shock took the hit and kept you flat on the ground and driving down the track .. Maybe to need to point that guy to the video and show him what is going wrong with his set up ..
