12zx14r shift light wiring??
I want to hook a led shift light to the factory wires so I can use the factory adjustment. Not wanting the aftermarket controller type, just wanting a better remote light using what mother Kaw put there already.

Not to rain on your parade or anything, but I would still go with an aftermarket if for nothing more than a more accurate reading. The factory tach is a bit optimistic. You can use a Raptor shiftlight and all the adjustments are on the light itself and if all you want is a shiftlight (no launch light) it only has three wires. Just my $.02.
