I would be careful about extending the RPMs too much, kawi is not known for adding extra val spring pressure, extra spring pressure is horsepower loss and Kawi isn't giving anything away. the average gearshift drop is about 1500 RPMs. looking at that Dino chart I don't see anything big to be picked up from 11,000 to 9500. Losing a couple horsepower at 9500 is not worth the risk of dropping a val. If you miss a gear with the 11,500 RPM limiter that could be scary to.

You are looking at around 3000 rpm drop on the 1-2 shift, and 2200 rpm on the 2-3 shift (where your ET is).
I am not saying it will last forever, but we kissed the limiter a lot on the Gen 1 @ +400 rpm, without issue (dyno and track). On my Gen 2 I have only had it on there a few times at the +500 increase. Of course, to be extra safe you could shim the stock springs a tiny bit.

I don't think I'd be too worried about dropping a valve at 11500.

Peak RPM = ( VE factor / 1 cyl ) x cfm @ 28"
.. VE factors...
Stock 1196,... Street & strip 1256,.... Race 1316
CFM = HP / .43 = cfm @ 10" x 1.67 = cfm @ 28"
Stock = VE / 21.98" = 54.413 x CFM @ 28"== Peak rpm
209 hp / .43 = 121.51 cfm x 1.67 = 202.92 cfm @ 28" = ...11,041 rpm
213 hp / .43= 123.84 cfm x 1.67 = 206.81 cfm @ 28" = .....11,250
216 hp / .43 = 125.58 cfm x 1.67 = 209.72 cfm @ 28" =... 11,400
219 hp / .43 = 127.33 cfm x 1.67 = 212.63 cfm @ 28" =.... 11,623

He will probably be deeper than that. None of the 14 haters will be impressed at all until the mid 8.40's are seen. The ones in Houston dont think its possible. Oh hurry come that day!

I remember my first few times at the track on my 06 ZX-14, it would drive right by the Booza, they have been in total denial since 2006..
