theres nothing wrong with the old zx14s for sure. i wish i had my old 2006 back, with this 2012 engine. i hate power-mode settings, trac control, and clutch mod for the new model.

The 2012 R is hands down better than my 07. Not getting rid of either one though, two 14's is better than one. The 14R handles better, the fit and finish is superb. It rides like a Caddy and moves at all rpms with ease. Not going to turbo, pipe, or anything else. It's great just the way it is. I need to ride and not just for a 1/4 mile, the 07 is for that now, glad to get rid of that ear ringing turbo. Comfort is better than my Gold Wings except for the passenger. My tail bone aches like heck after a few hundred miles on the Wings. I can go tank to tank on the 14R with ease.

Mine was a little more than that with TTL out the door ..No payments .. Could have saved some money on the Taxes if i had a trade in ... But i get to write off the sales Tax on this years Taxes..
