We could give you alot better feed back if you post video and/or give more set-up details.

However, you should let your front strap up 1" if you have 1.

At 5" you shouldn't be having traction issues, unless the track is horrible.
The shock needs to be stiff, but if your having that kind of trouble you need to loosen it up. Just make sure the rebound (how fast it comes up) is slow. It should take a few seconds for the shock to come back up.
What's your weight?

Sorry for asking questions twice, we posted close to the same time...
But that could be one of your problems, it's rebounding too fast. I have mine set so I can push down real hard on the tail and it takes almost 5 seconds for it to come back up. That may be overkill, but it's works for me and no suspension expert lives around here.
I bet if you called ohlins they would give you a start on setting it up

You should be able to run 15+psi in that tire without any problems

A drag shock shouldnt be too different than a regular shock. Same concept.

One thing at a time. Any reason specific you think you need to drop the clutch?

Sounds like you need some seat time. That's the best money you can spend on that bike is test and tunes
