what are the limitations as far as HP on the different types of exhaust he offers? or rather at what point does it limit performance.

the side winder looses a lil down low and a tad bit up top hp on stock motor, the ah is about 2-3hp down up top from the ct from what i hear, the ct is the lightest out there from any maker . it comes down to taste of sound looks and what ur doing with it. im sure none of brocks pipes will limit hp till u realy get stroking and so on then deff go with ct on street .

How much is 8 HP worth? To you, maybe not much. To me, it's big.

Here is what Brock said in another thread:

"Special Note to Alien Head and owners: While AH owners love the look and sound, the reality is that we reverse taper the baffle from 2.25 inlet to 2.00 outlet to accommodate the Alien Head end cap. This works just fine up to 200 RWHP… +/- a couple. This is the magic number. If you call my staff with a built engine/nitrous etc. They will alert you of this situation and point you towards a 2.25 straight through system (CT Series, StreetMeg, and Gen 4 etc. - for bigger power TiWinder, Sidewinder etc.) FYI: The ShortMeg has the same issue.

Final answer, our current lineup works on the new ZX-14R and even the Alien Head won’t just stop at 200 RWHP on a 215 HP machine…. But, in recent testing on a 216 RWHP 1441 Busa with a CT Meg --- the power dropped to 208 RWHP with an Alien Head. You can see how I can’t have my name on a situation like this on the new 14R."
