best valve spring 4 doller
got a 190hp super sport motor , revs 11,300 real rpms. going with new springs whats best to use? stock retainers with carpenter springs or ape set with ti retainers? its 150$ or 360$

My opinion... Carpenter. They have more seat pressure.

I have carpenter in my turbo with no problems over 2 years.

To heavy of spring and you 190hp will be 180? don't put turbo spring in a 190 hp motor it is a waist.
Just call ape or carpenter and ask them what you should use and why.
