Looking to piece together a turbo kit.

Hey guys I'm looking to piece together a turbo kit for another zx14. I'm looking for a turbo header if anyone has any leads on a used one or a cheap new one let me know. This build will be ran on a bare bones budget.
Just looking to make 220hp or so. Or what ever pump gas and the stock fuel system will allow. I already have a walbro 255 laying around some 06 injectors and a eBay junk turbo that I picked up for $90. I need a gate a header some lines and a charge pipe also gonna buy a new wideband.

Not to sure yet. Last turbo 14 was -1 stock rear. 330hp and 60-62" it was fun on the street. But this one is gonna be SWB, and around 220-240hp just something real simple

I got a header for 500 bucks my turbo for 90 bucks the gate I got used for 150. I have some flanges but I have to buy a few more, also need some oil lines so about 250-300 for that. And ill build my charge pipe as a replica of my old one. And I'm running a stock fuel system with a crushed regular and a walbro 255 that I already have.
Add all that up and see how much I have into my kit!!!

don't forget the pistons you will need after you melt the ringlands on those stock pistons. been there done that. there is very little piston between the rings and the top. I tried just what you are doing and I think it was around $400 for cylinder replating and $500 for the pistons. better run a rising rate FPR that way it will run normal off boost and be fuel safe on boost. and don't assume because you are running higher Fuel pressure it will be safe from detonation. good fuel is worh every penny.

01 did you get my pm
i have charge tube etc
Just in case your interested in a reasonably cheap boost sensing piggyback
i have just fitted and now running an AEM-FIC
wired in easily, apart from me stupidly using a fuel pump circuit to power the unit, and wondering why it would not start half the time .
auto calculates boosted fuel maps and injector size changes
boost ign retard , onboard logging ,
Used them on busa's before but the kawi is more suited
busa had signal probs with the crank pickup part of the alternator assembly
14 is a nice clean signal

If I put a fuel system in the bike it would cost about 400 more bucks and I could run on e85 again and make 300+HP again just like I did before.
But this bike will be SWB and I have no need for big power. It already makes 235 on spray and that's more than enough. And ya if I know I'm gonna go out for some good street racing it will be on 118oct. But if I'm just riding around and 91oct will be just fine.
