IMO I think we should all ride more and type less, unless its a conclusive, helpful, or positive post.
But thats just me.... I have far larger problems in my life to worry about.
I come here to laugh, help, learn, and share the sport I love.
Ride on brothers, no matter if you own a zx14 or a new zx14r, it will always put a smile on your face, and if not your already dead!
Agreed bro I was just stating that maybe people need to lighten up a bit on here. I've Been in the racing scene a while, mostly street races but still I've heard more trash talking than a little bit. So it's not like I'm new to this. But it's a forum, it's purpose is to discuss and teach the new guys a few things. Also to gain members and be a thriving site. Now kinda hard to do when u got wolves waiting to tear someone's chest off when a post or info is posted. That was my main purpose of the thread. If your a hard ass fine, but damn we all share one common ground. We live to ride and we all love the 14. Calm down

I was street racing years ago, thought I was really good, them some dummy came up to me one night (1982)and told me if I changed the way I way racing it would help, I laughed, then tried it, you know what? HE WAS RIGHT, you never know till you try it. hehe

I was the one who posted on Rickys wall... it looks like most people agree so I guess thats a good thing.
I've gotten my balls busted online numerous times and have left numerous forums because of it but wound up coming back because I know that people actually do appreciate good solid info.
All I can say is I'm truly jealous of what Ricky gets to do. I would love to have the chances he has to ride new bikes for kawasaki..... until then I'ma keep chasing his records in the mean time lol.

I like RG, met him at a Texas Shootout back in the day. I like the guy and respect his skill and credentials. I learned alot about the 12 from info that came from him. Those who get butt-hurt about things that in their mind aren't fair in racing- go cry somewhere else. All of this started on the street, I know I did, that's just the nature of racing. So if it happens and it was in a sportsman class- pay attention and cover your ass-But you don't see Rickey Kay crying about. I sware to God- if some people devoted as much time to the dragstrip as they did to the internet, there would be alot more skilled racers and alot less nutswingers.
