____________
You only need two tools: WD-40 and Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

68 1/2", 69 if I could get the axle all the way back, 17-51 and a 160 link chain fit perfect, bout 1/2 inch for adjustment.

Wee,
Your bike looks fan-f'king-tastic! Nice work.
I'm a bit worried that the additional load (from the long arm and additional leverage etc.) you will be placing on the clutch pack/slipper assy. is going to make you one of our first candidates in need of a clutch mod and shim kit to obtain smooth/consistent launches. You should also experience more feedback and better feel at the lever with our mod and shims - this is one of the items the ZX-10R riders enjoy the most.
Would you mind testing these items for me?

Last time at the track I was leaving at 4k on my r, I would leave at 9k on my 09, maybe with the added hp and torque I can leave at less rpm, but we will see, if your clutch mod helps with hard launches on the 14r that makes the 2012 even better,

That's what it's for. The 10R guys with swingarms started screaming for our mod as soon as they added length and tried to leave with more aggressiveness. The clutch started to 'snatch' instead of slide - that's what slippers do. The Kawi set-up is far superior to the Yamaha, BMW and Busa from a dead stop. But as soon as you try to add more load/torque... stuff gets ugly and hard to control the same way twice.

Thanks Seno, I'm waiting on a few more things right now, sent the rear shock off today to get it revalved by Litz, 008 slick should be here in a day or two, need a tool to press on the master link (Lucky14) hint hint. And some sunny cool weather at the drag strip. I'll get a really good photo shoot when it's complete.

Looking good Wee.................... I really like the new swing arm... I like everything you are doing.
Looking foward to watching you this summer at Crandell. Maybe Lucky can give me some pointers on videos, I will borrow the wife's Canon and monopod.....
