You only need two tools: WD-40 and Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

Noticeable difference on header pipe diameter too. I'm excited to see some exhaust system testing.

Good eye Lucky!
Audioboyz, you'll prolly wanna lose the headers too, simply because it sounds like they are steel, thus heavy as well.

I missed the plug move but caught the missing idle adjuster, No more manual control? I wonder if the pans are interchangable?

I also just noticed something,,,,,, where's the speedo sensor? It's no longer on the primary cover. I guess it uses the traction control sensor on one of the wheels. No more speedo healer needed ??

It's not knocking the guard off that's a problem, the problem is knocking the oil plug into the pan.

I am only speculating here, but I am sure they used the same technology from the '11 zx10.
The entire undercarage is like a straight line. The oil pan design is almost like a flat oil pan, the engine cases houses the oil. The internal pick up is very long.

The Gen 1 oil pan was a mishap waiting to happen. Kawi knew of the flawed design; this is why there is a horizontal baffle plate to prevent the drain plug from entering the engine case in the event of a bottoming situation. I burst my oil pan doing freeway riding. I hit a dip in the road, the bike bottomed out and knowcked the drain plug loose. I fixed it on the side of the road with JB Weld (Stick). I was able to make it home.

Not only the oil pan, but look at the exhaust, if you view a '11 full pic, look how low the stock exhaust hangs. Everything is tucked underneath the fairing. In the pic above it doesn't show.

I am not sure on the injectors size, however I offer this:

"Injectors deliver lateral spray at a 20-degree angle to disperse the finely atomized fuel over a wide area
- Fine-atomizing injectors produce a 75-micron droplet size"

I would suggest that they replaced the current model with something a lil better and with more capabilities to work with the larger engine. I don't recall them mentioning anything about a larger fuel pump, so larger injectors would have to handle additional fuel demand.
