OK fellas, being as anal as I am I went and dynoed it today.

It was way too rich the tech said. The muzzy map I guess was ok for Cali but not for 6000 foot high Wyoming.
Anyway it made Max power 173.90
max torque 102.61 at 6000 feet altitude.....after the tuning and mapping

I thought the badge looked higher than the pics I had seen too. Mine Muzzy badge I'd on the side of my can.

stock exhaust with race fuel ran 6.380s
if muzzy maps r lean, after BMC and flys removed and good maps
mayb get her under 6.000 , who knows

Yup flies still in. Base run before tuning on the dyno is the muzzy map they sent me.

Altitude here is 6030 feet or so.

Why would altitude affect the map as the fi has a air pressure sensor? Same with temp has an air temp sensor.

Fotis:

Bike looks good and huge improvement over stock! Our altitude kills power about 18%.

If I lived at altitude some gear changing would be in order. If you got real ambitious thin head gasket.

Removing those secondary butterflies would help wake it up it bit, unfortunately it would require map adjustment.

Can a M-14 can be switched for a M-10? If I bought my M-14 from for a 2001 GSX-R 600I used to have and it did not come with a map. Do maps only come when buying direct from Muzzy?
