PM's don't work for you for some reason.
Tim doesn't have any good setup info for a zx14, most have a Busa and those setups didn't work on my 14, turbo Busa's run 2 washers and #17 springs so that should give you an idea, if you are using more than 2 washers you are not even close, 0 washers, #14 springs then try 0 washers and #17 springs if you stay under 250hp, .100 air gap, 5,000 to 6,000 rpm dump the clutch and full throttle at the same time, you do not slip this clutch, let it go.

Like 1badzx12r said, at 4,000rpm the arms are engaged so with 4 washers on you are loading the clutch way too much and bogging the motor down, take the weight off and the bike will stay in the powerband and respond with a very low 60' and e.t.

Some times you need to put two steels back to back to get a little more slip.

It wasn't setup in multi stage if he did, it was setup in slider mode which you don't have to R the bike up, you just hit the throttle so there is a difference on how you leave in each mode.

1 to 2 washers on all 6 arms should lower you to the 1.33 range (6 to 8 grams is the range for zx14), the clutch will hold with no weight on it at all, the arms have enough weight to still lock up, how much rwhp you have determends how well, but try 6 to 8 grams and you will be set, 0 to 2 washers.

This is how this clutch works, if the track is prepped very well and hooks hard, you keep taking weight off the arms which allows the engine to accelerate into the powerband real fast, you keep doing this until you spin the tire, then go up a little until it hooks and you have the setup for those conditions, if the track is crap and you are spinning, add weight until it pulls the motor down and lets the tire bite, very simple, not as hard as everyone thinks, keep you tire pressure the same (20psi or whatever you like) and tune to the track with the clutch.
No one will help you with these clutches, I learned from trial and error.
